Lemonworks International Ltd. Taipei is owned and operated by Mr.Jürgen Klemm, a hotel planner and operator with 25 years experience in Europe and Taiwan.
A graduate from Lausanne Hotel School, he was involved in management of several international hotels in Taiwan, like Caesar Park Hotel Kenting, The Ritz Landis Taipei, The Linden Hotel Kaohsiung.
Jürgen then specialized in planning and pre-opening of new projects, e.g. Caesar Park Hotel Hsinchu, and The Westin Taipei and Four Points by Sheraton Chung Ho Taipei, both with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc.
Since 2005, Jürgen Klemm has established his consulting firm Lemonworks Int'l, Taipei, providing hospitality management consulting to existing hotels and professional planning services for new projects in Taiwan and China. Planning focusses on lean and efficient operations to achieve the best returns for the owner.
Jürgen Klemm is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, as well as German, English, French and Italian.
